Pete Kosakowski

Pete joined Junonia Partners as an Associate in 2023, bringing a broad spectrum of accounting expertise.

Most recently, Pete worked at Sixth Street as a Senior Fund Analyst in the private equity division. His duties included treasury services, operational support, expense allocations, partner allocations, capital activity calculations, and audit and tax liaison roles. While there, Pete’s most notable contributions included training the offshore team, testing of the new technological platform rollout, and overseeing the fund administration of $5.0bn in assets across 30 NAV packages ranging from funds denominated in foreign currencies, debt portfolios, master feed structures, coinvests, funds of one, and funds of funds.

Prior to Sixth Street, Pete worked in fund administration at Gen II Fund Services where he managed a team creating NAV packages, rolled out a new technology infrastructure, and created custom reporting surrounding the implementation. He also streamlined the firm’s cash reconciliation by building out an automation process that facilitated bookings of missed activity across the team.

In previous roles, Pete served on the internal audit team at an NPO based in Waltham, MA, and built accounting systems for a New York-based technology firm providing data infrastructure and hardware support to medical companies.

His career began at the young age of 13 where he helped administer the books of his father’s carpentry sole partnership.
