Josch Motley

Josch joined Junonia Partners as an Associate in 2024, bringing experience from operations and fixed income markets.

Prior to joining Junonia, Josch began his career at Goldman Sachs in various roles within their Global Markets Operations group, rising from analyst to Vice President during his six-year tenure. In his time at Goldman, Josch worked alongside various trading desks within the credit market and gained exposure to a wide array of security types. Within the bond market, Josch was responsible for corporate, municipal, U.S. government, and emerging market bonds. He provided operational support to every facet of the trading process and interacted with clients all over the globe, identifying and resolving problems to ensure a seamless process from trade origination through settlement. Aside from the bond market, Josch also worked with other credit products including mortgage-backed securities and credit default swaps, assisting in the trade execution and settlement of securities. Josch also collaborated with a multitude of business partners across the firm on projects and initiatives to drive efficiencies within operations, as well as conducted U.S. Treasury Auctions for the firm.

Josch’s business experience began in high school working for a local title company in College Station, TX. In college, he interned under the CFO for the Texas A&M University Athletic Department, combining his passion for sports and finance.
